Job Description and Responsibilities:
•Handling Vendor invoices, Petty cash accounts, distribution of salaries, overtimes and maintaining the payroll accounts.
•Correspondence and maintaining records & files of inventory system.
•Office staff flow and banking reconciliation, following up all company transactions with the respective Banks.
•Exposed to banking and related jobs
Administration and installation of Corporate Antivirus
•Network troubleshooting.
•Installation of operating system and other application software’s.
•Migration of Windows /98 to Windows2000/Windows XP.
•Compilation of weekly operations report.
•End user support.
Supervision cargo Acceptance & Handling (Imp & Exp)
•Supervision of Cargo build-up
•Creating Airway Bills & others the customs Documents
•Follow-Up the Shipment
