• Responsible to spearhead high value technologically innovative projects from inception to completion.
• To Plan, manage, control and support the smooth execution of the Business Technology Projects according to the set processes, procedures and quality standards of the Bank.
• To manage JIRA workflows for project management, development & defect life cycles
• To participate in reviewing User stories, coordinating & facilitating scrum ceremonies such as Backlog grooming, capacity planning, Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review & Sprint retrospective

• To participate in evaluation & negotiations on Technical & Commercial proposals of the vendors
• Gathering subsidiary plans, preparing consolidated master project management plan & aligning stakeholders to project’s baselines (scope, schedule & cost).
• Assuring project’s quality by periodic review of Test plan and meeting QA team to manage defects & showstoppers.
• Timely forecasting, preparation & presentation of project status reports to senior management, identification & management of project’s risks & issues along with mitigation and resolution strategies to minimize impact on project success.
• Reporting project health and wealth metrics via Dashboard to senior level stakeholders and presenting projects in CAB, working group & Steering Committee meetings.

• Introduced & implemented Agile methodology in the department by implementing JIRA & Scrum framework
• Implemented key strategic, tight scheduled and high budgeted projects within given & agreed baselines
• Successful Implementation of KSA’s first ever e-Commerce Payment gateway solution in the bank’s data center
• Timely Implementation of Apple pay acquiring feature on the bank’s Payment gateway
• Implementation of Debit cards migration project from legacy application to vendor product
