o Assists the Facilities Manager with ensuring that all facilities are structurally sound, mechanically operational, electrically efficient, and safe by planning and scheduling recurring preventative maintenance activities in coordination with the Work Management Center.
o Assists in administering the preventative maintenance program by utilizing an in-depth understanding of the maintenance program and associated tasks and processes and knowledge of the CMMS to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of preventative maintenance, coordinating with others as needed to achieve desired outcomes, and providing reliable and authoritative information, work orders, reports, and recommendations to administer and monitor the preventative maintenance program.
o Gathers data in the field and supervises the student and part-time maintenance employees in data gathering and makes work assignments based upon an evaluation of job requirements and individual expertise.
o Monitors and assures completion of work by assigned staff.
o Identify and define requirements, design, develop, install, configure, test, and implement as per requirements.
o Installation all types of Antennas and RRU as per Task requirements.
o Do QC and EHS while performing Task.
o Documents network by recording configuration diagrams and programming.
o Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures.
o Support 3rd parties in case of SW upgrade or maintenance.
o Faults' diagnostics and processing.
o Plans network installations by studying technical specifications; preparing an installation schematic.
o Verifies service by Installation testing and re-programming circuits, equipment, and alarms; identifying and correcting problems; conferring with team and Site PAT Acceptance.
o Documents network by recording configuration diagrams and programming.
o Maintains network by installation, troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures.
o Support 3rd parties in case of SW upgrade or maintenance.
o Faults' diagnostics and processing.
o Processing of Technical Queries, Fault Reports, emergency situations, install patches, implement corrections.
o Tracing of error scenarios.
o Prepared and submission of all required documentation/reports on time.
o Plans network installations by studying technical specifications; preparing an installation schematic.
o Implement control measures as required to enable the survey to be completed in a safe manner.
o Obtain & accurately record all existing site information and propose the optimal solution based on client specification.
o Be professional and conscientious at all times both on and off site.
o Compile all project specific reports and associated documentation with a strong focus on quality, deadlines and deliverables.
o Manage and maintain the NOC Monitoring Systems.
o Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
o Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
o Good oral and written communication skills and ability to address conflict with others constructively.
o Track problems through resolution.
o If necessary, NOCs escalate problems to the appropriate personnel level.
o Communicate with site ENGINEERS and other NOCs.
o Special attention to avoid impact on the network's performance, To avoid interruption.
o Experience with Disaster Recovery plans and related technologies
o Ability to work a flexible schedule.
