As a project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermine timelines and budgets. Building and managing project teams, reporting to the project sponsor, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position. Responsibilities Manage project development from initiation to closure Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor. Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing. Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms Determine if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete project plan. If required recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources. Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsor Lead coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis Determine how results will be measured and complete a post project evaluation to Determine how well results were achieved Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution Safely crash unsuccessful or re-prioritized projects Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion
1. Handling of complete Project activities after Transition of Project from Sales team to Operation Team and Technical Support to the operations team. (Nature of Projects- Video Surveillance system and Access control systems)
2. Contract Review, Project site study/ survey, analysis of System requirements, preparation of complete BOQ for proposed system including Installation & Commissioning material in the view of system integration, to ensure that the system should work at site.
3. Preparation of Integration diagrams, Technical data sheets, Functional Design Specifications, Concept Study Reports, Data Flow Diagram.
4. Preparation of Architectural drawings, Wiring diagrams, Signal diagrams of system & taking approval from client.
5. Preparation of Technical Data Sheets for procurement, Technical Evaluations of vendor offers, Discussion with vendors and coordination with Buyer till offer commercially approved.
6. Preparation of operational & maintenance manuals at Project Handover stage.
7. Handling of ERP activities like project creation, PR (price requisition) creations, coordination for various ERP activities like customer creations, part no. creation etc.
8. Imparting training to client at site as per requirements.

1. Project Planning, Scheduling, Technical execution (Site Survey, Installation, Commissioning) Documentation, Handover etc.
2. Installation & maintenance of Video surveillance Systems/ Remote Surveillance Systems (includes Matrix Switcher, Digital Video Recorders, Multiplexers, , Telemetry Receivers, IDLs, Code Merger, Video Streamers, Digital Video Managers(DVM), all Kind of CCTV camera's, Time Lapse VCR etc. )
3. Installation, maintenance and Software programming of Access control Systems.
4. EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator) installation and its integration with CCTV, Access Control System & Fire Alarm Systems.
5. Installation maintenance of Fire & Security system.
6. Integration of all above security systems with central monitoring station
7. Software Programming/ Maintenance of Close Circuit Television, Access Control System & Fire/ Security Systems & their network connectivity over LAN/ WAN (Internet)/ RAS/ Fiber optics connectivity as per application
I am responsible for maintaining a network and Exchange Server 2000, which has around 60 Computers, Maintaining the server and Creating and Administrating the Storage Groups, Managing the Mailboxes and Public Folders. Updating the Antivirus, Taking Backup in Tape Drives.
Diploma in electronics and communication engineering is a 3 year diploma course with 6 semesters in which students get the knowledge about the non linear and active electrical. This course is approved by the All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) and University Grants Commission (UGC).
