· Configuration, management and administration of company’s Systems and Network
Infrastructure.
· Tweaking Network devices and configuring firewall and proxy servers for secured user
experience.
· Overseeing the performance of printers; Controlling and replacing consumables and devices as
and when required,
· Updating and maintenance of inventory items such as cables, tools, laptops, PCs, etc.
· Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of any and all new systems/equipment brought
into the infrastructure
· Installing and monitoring applications installed in the user-assigned systems and ensure
everything is as per the IT Policy of the company
· Maintaining all assets and user systems and overseeing that no security issue persists.
· Monitor for any non-conformity and take required steps to ensure security and smooth
working of the system.
· Monitoring Virtualized servers and making necessary tweaks and performance tuning for more
efficiency.
· User Management and allotting required access and resources (creating emails, setting up mail
archival, providing desktop along with accessories, etc.).
· Manage and assist in maintenance of company vessels’ infrastructure.
· Mobilizing workstations and providing assistance to crew onboard and configuring required
solutions like Wi-fi, network sharing, etc. for every project.
· Providing primary desktop support to the users on the company network
· Manage service requests using Manage Engine Service Desk Plus
· Monitoring and maintaining the IT systems including the Time and Attendance devices and
software, CCTV cameras, Projectors, Surveys, Wireless devices, and other accessories.
· Site/Vessel mobilization and demobilization from scratch; project-to-project-basis.
· Liaise with external parties/vendors for any warranty or troubleshooting issues as and when
required.
· Liaise with projects/internal departments for smoothing operations of IT concerns.
· Provide one-on-one training for users upon request for any issues they face with the provided
solutions.
· Reporting to Head of IT and addressing all concerns after discussion and providing technical
input in order to optimize existing infrastructure and resolve any ongoing issues within the
company fleet and domain.
