As the HSE Manager at Al Harafi Construction Company, I lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems to ensure full compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client requirements. As the HSE Manager for the Central Region at CWC, I led the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems across more than 12 major projects, including Water Operations & Maintenance, Environmental Services, Wastewater (Plants & Networks), Bulk Metering, Groundwater Drainage Systems, and Green Riyadh initiatives.
