• construction of Balanced Cantilever Box Girder Cable Stayed Extrados Bridge.
• 4 Km road, 3 Nos small Bridges, Drains, Culverts, Retaining walls construction works i.e. common fill material, selected fill, sub base and aggregate base course, asphalt wearing course, pipe culvert, box culvert, pre-cast girder bridges and slope protection of road embankment.
• To prepare the monthly payment certificates, Preparation of monthly financial and physical progress reports is the main responsibilities.
• To prepare the method statements, shop drawings, cross-section sheets, bar bending schedules and cost estimates.
• To prepare the Escalation payment certificates.
• To prepare the status of Secured Advance and Mobilization Advance amounts of the Contractor as per relevant clause.
• Rate analysis of non BOQ items,
• To prepare the claims as per related clauses.
• Evaluation of Variation Orders.
Building work at Naval Complex at E-8, Islamabad.
Location Near THQ TMA Office Ahmed Pur Sial, Jhang.
Daily correspondence with client, contractor and Head office (Local Government & Community Development Department Lahore) and other stack holders.
Read job set-up instructions to determine equipment to be used, order of use, material such as disks and paper to be loaded, and control settings.
Oversee the operation of computer hardware systems, including coordinating and scheduling the use of computer terminals and networks to ensure efficient use.
DAE Civil (3 year diploma)
