Job Responsibility: I was part of tendering team, Studying the tender drawings, I worked on industrial, residential & commercial structures was responsible for taking off quantities, preparing break down for structural works (i.e Reinforcement & Form work) & architectural lump sum items given in Bill of Quantity, sending inquiries to specialized companies for quotations according to specification of the project, preparing comparison Statements for all major items, maintaining all the records coordinating with all the team to prepare a complete tender
