• Reporting to Saudi Aramco Unit Supervisor and Ensuring all contractors are following Saudi Aramco systems, Procedures and Mandatory Engineering requirements as mentioned in G.I, SAEP, SAES and International standards.
• Implementing Quality Management System at the project
• Review and implementation of Project particular specification regarding Saudi Aramco and International Standards,
• Responsible for preparing, reviewing document submittals, preparing Project Quality Plan.
• Reviewing geo-technical investigations, de-watering & shoring submittals in liaison with contractor.
• Reviewing Soil Improvement Technique to enhance soil stability.
• Identifying, preparing and reviewing Project Method of Statements, Inspection and Testing Plans.
• Responsible for reviewing the contract documents, Schedule-Q, base design, IFC Package drawings and identify documents and approved deliverables to the Contractor.
• Submitting weekly and monthly Quality Reports to the management.
• Inspecting the Procurement of material/deliverables long lead Items that meet the requirement of Saudi Aramco.
• Issuing/Closing Conformance Reports, Quality Action Notices, Corrective action notices.
• Conduction Root cause analysis for all non-conformities along with corrective action and preventive measures.
• Conducting Internal Audits among associated disciplines.
• Monitoring and controlling key performance Indicators at the project
• Enhancing & Implementing Quality Management System (QMIS)and strict Quality Control Procedures.
• Reviewing Technical Quarry (TQ) for any conflict in the IFC package Drawings.
• Controlling the Procedure of RFI to as per Saudi Aramco through the QC Engineers/Team.
• Conducting Walkthroughs and Preparing punch list items in MPCS system for all completed projects.
• Reporting to the PM and coordinating with all project teams to get the targets completed within the schedule.
• Inspection of construction activities and assuring implementation as per construction/quality standards as per Saudi Electric Company and PTS.
• Review Construction Inspection & Testing Plan and Work Method Statement
• Review the IFC drawings prior to start the work.
• To review and approve drawings, specifications, material submittals and other technical documents related to the projects.
• Quality control in accordance with QIPs/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
• Construction and supervision of Substation Earthworks, soil improvement, Waterproofing, Concreting, Duct banks and finishing works.
• Inspection and Installation of Precast concrete members for substation such as columns, beams, double T and Hollow core slabs.
• Creating two weeks lookahead plans along with weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule break down of activities.
• Reporting to QA/QC manager and coordinating with all project construction teams.
• Inspection of construction activities and assuring implementation as per construction/quality standards as per Saudi Electric Company and PTS.
• Ensuring the quality of products and services are as per client standard requirements.
• Implementation of project quality plan.
• Preparing the Inspection requests for Client/Consultant.
• Procurement of material/deliverables long lead Items that meet the requirement of client.
• Coordinating and held weekly and monthly meeting with staff regarding quality of work.
• Responsible for writing & implementing Inspection & Testing plan for all activities and approved it from the client.
• Responsible for controlling all the documents including material submittal, RFI, s, NCR & Test Reports for concrete.
• Preparing Method of Statement for every activity regarding civil discipline and approve it from the client.
• Dealing with the sub-contractors regarding the selection of material as per the client provided
• specifications and get that material approved from client before purchasing or installing at the site.
• Issuing NCR regarding any of non-compliance of material or work not done as per the client specification or approval.
• Site supervision of civil works activities such as earthing works for bridges and asphalt works and testing,
• Review work method statement before starting the activity.
