•Review and evaluation of civil structural IFC drawings, contractor
shop and as-built drawings.
•Review and evaluation of material submittal both architectural
and structural.
•Evaluation of contractor and sub-contractor construction method
statements and pre-qualifications and contractor execution plan.
•Project problem solving and coordination of all constructions
trade analysis.
•Interpret ACI and British standards, Construction drawings,
Specifications and Contract documents.
•Perform, organize and chair site progress and technical meetings.
•Perform and issue communication letters for site instructions,
site memo, general snag list, progress report, contract document,
specifications, handing over certificate and other related
constructions documentations.
