- Quality assurance committee leader for the academic and admin staff to handle and write all the required documents (e.g. vision, mission, policies, procedures and SER).

- Designing the ICT & KM directorate operational plan, KPI’s and RACI, with the priority and risk management for each task or operation.
- Manage the content of the university’s website periodically with the different versions and university news.
- Work on access to knowledge professionally and accurately from reliable sources (internal or external).
- Support strategic planning processes, which achieves high capacity of the institution to monitor the knowledge from different sources.
