• Ensure optimal business performance for Business Units (Tea, Coffee, Oil and Export)
• Analyzing business units, product, SKUs, argi-commodities profitability, and supporting pricing decisions.
• Ensure goal congress for all primary value chain & support functions.
• Strategic & operational decision analysis.
Established the Budgeting and Performance Management function in INMAA Company from scratch, plus enabled a profitable business growth through the following responsibilities:
• Strategic planning, strategy formulation Strategy, implementation and evaluation
• Optimizing business model through proper financial planning and analysis, accurate and timely financial reporting
• Monthly and quarterly reporting to the BOD and top management about business performance (business lines, product performance, and operational and functions).
• Strategic & operational decision analysis.
• Annual financial planning & budgeting.
• Monthly Financial reporting; income statement, statement of financial position, statement of cash flow and financial analysis
• Improving the Business Units’ monthly rating report, the outcome was making the report more motivating for branches managers & budget execution-oriented.
• Improving the process of preparing annual budgets, the outcome was making the budget more goals oriented, and based on business plan
• Responsible for long-term planning, budgeting, and monitoring business performance to drive growth, revenue, and profit maximization.
• Strategy development, oversees budget preparation, conduct competitive analysis, and provide monthly reports to Top Management about financial performance.
