* Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
* Review data to define material and labor requirements prepares itemized lists.
* Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for management purposes like planning,
organizing and scheduling work.
* Prepare bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors and determining cost effectiveness.
Other Responsibilities:-
* To Make Break-Up Sheets from Tender Drawings & Documents.
* To Make B.O.Q. from Tender Drawings & Documents.
* To Prepare Cost-Multi-Services Sheet.
* To evaluate quoted price from Suppliers & Sub-Contractors.
* To Coordinate & negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors for pricing in order to prepare best bid.
* Checking Quality and Compliance.
* Assist & Feed back to E & C Manager to prepare alternative bids if required.
* To Assist Estimation Manager & Estimation Coordinator.
* Take off from drawing & guide Quantity-Take-Off-Surveyor for correct taking off.
* To work cross-functionally with other departments like Design, Planning, Marketing and
Purchasing for tenders.

 To follow up quotation from Suppliers.
 To feed BOQ in computer excluding prices
 To prepare Final B.O.Q. With the reference of MARK-UP SHEET.

 To keep Suppliers / Sub-contractors updated in address book.
