-Coordinating the sending & receiving of parcels / documents with couriers
-Following up on outstanding shipments determining / confirming delivery dates to Stylis
-Assisting other departments with product / order to follow up if required
-Assisting other departments if assigned to specific task
-Assists PR & Marketing Manager to source new clients
-Assists PR & Marketing Manager with tasks related to coordination of the trade show
-Date Entry
-Designing forms related to HR Dept.
-Writing business letters.
Writing and sending important letters via email to prospective and non-prospective clients.
Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective office operations
Provide a full range of support including assistance of word processing
Perform other duties as required from both, the general manager and deputy general manager
Perform office support activities, such as organizing and maintaining files
Refer messages and provide accurate information between the manager and other employees
