-Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
-Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

product ranges & payment terms.
- Facilitating the movement of supplies and ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Planning the transportation of goods with high accuracy to ensure a high standard of customer service, adhering to industry regulations, processing legal documents of outbound shipments and analyzing reports.
- Coordinating & assigning daily tasks of logistics supervisors and their helpers.
- Coordinating with the Trading Department and international suppliers.
- Preparing inbound shipments, current availability & monthly forecast reports of the showroom and giving update to the direct manager about the sales and stock requirements.
- Check import documentation to determine cargo contents, and classify goods into different fee or tariff groups.
- Support, guide & train junior staffs that require assistance. Provide them with the information & skills to complete the tasks with minimal assistance.
- Coordinate and organize the project according to the standards procedure and requirements.
- Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.
- Leading regular project review meetings, identifying problem areas and ensuring that corrective actions are initiated.
- Lead the identification of project risks, develops and implements risk response action plans and capitalizes on potential opportunities.
- Implement project and financial control systems to monitor project progress against target and budget.
- Develop cash forecasts, and monitor and control variations. Approve the management plans to ensure code compliant designs that can be safely constructed, operated and maintained.
- Work with the site engineers to develop installation plan through project completion.
- Manage and monitor contractor's and supplier's performance.
- Preparation of weekly roster of site engineers according to planned duty rotation.
- Responsible for HR tasks of the department such as: (Payroll - Scheduling leaves & business trips - Cars inspection - Monitoring license validation).
- Coordinating with the Trading Department and international suppliers.
