• Key Responsibilities: o Hourly Monitoring Network KPIs on BSC & RNC levels (GSM, GPRS, UMTS & HSDPA)
o Monitoring VIP sites KPIs on cell level & troubleshooting VIP complaints.
o Ensuring Network Performance data availability.
o Identifying Network sleeping cells and traffic reporting.
o Network Performance reporting & Network enhancement identification.
o Monitoring and analyzing the radio network capacity.
o Setting KPI definition/threshold/formulae for reporting purposes.
o Setting up Report Templates for Management, Planning & Acceptance.
o Analyzing and troubleshooting TopN cells (worst cells) main KPIs.
o Network KPI report production and analysis for Management & Engineering.
o Proactive maintenance (trend analysis)
o Training local teams on Network troubleshooting.
o Supporting Network acceptance through reporting and analysis.
o Coordination with Network Planning to agree improvement plans.
o Supporting the evolution/dimensioning of future capacity needs.
o Creation of Trouble Tickets.
o Troubleshooting customer complains.
o Analysis of external interference.
o Preparing daily KPI reports.

o Local Maintenance Terminal (LMT)
o Huawei Managed Operations and Services (MOS7100)
