Handling Bulk cargo carrier / vessel operations, Dry cargo operations at Shuaiba port and OPA for
Tanker vessel calling at tanker terminal, Kuwait.
Assist to client to perform Owners matter i.e crew change, CTM, sparespart supply etc.
Manage, supervise, execute daily ship call functions with particular reference to Boarding Rep
and Crewdesk team and ensure all Operations, transport are strictly follow standard of
Operating Procedure.
Ensure the Port Agency business operations are legally compliance and are in line with ISS Group Policies.
Accountable for ensuring that an appropriate assessment of health, safety, security and
environment (HSSE) risk is included as part of work planning to ensure audits completed with minimum errors.
Handling various queries for principals and providing the required info & PDA’s for vessels on basis of Port Tariff.
Update the vessel lineup to Principal on daily basis. Regularly keep updated ETA of vessel to Port, Consignee & closely coordinate with Port / Marine authorities for on arrival berthing, high productivity & quick dispatch of the vessel.
Coordinate for issuing Delivery orders of liner vessels and NVOCC. Coordinate with Lines / NVOCC for BL and after obtaining all BL documents and discharge list, liaise with vessel operator to manifest the cargo in customs system and then after release the delivery order to respective local receivers of containers.
Prepare the quotation and send quotation alongwith container arrival notice to customers. Collect payment from customers, on behalf of Line/NVOCC and then release the DO.
Tracking the empty container and further coordinate for load empty or export cargo of local clients from Kuwait.
I work as a team leader in crew logistics service, vessel supply chain, shipping service, work as an coordinator between Client and agents and make job done at global ports (crew change, CTM, husbandry service, dry docking etc) Act on behalf of clients and make job successfully done.Work on cost/ Close estimate and DA
