• Control the work of all departments of the store
• Sales analyzing, placing orders, stock control
• Commercial merchandising
• Recruitment, training and development of the store team
• Resolution of customers complains
• Control over the level of stock loss
• Work with organizations-contractors to respond on store needs (cleaning, water, office tools etc)
