- Analyze the requirements & specifications of products.
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and
minimum delay using primavera
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover
production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of
defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Following up job orders, utilities warehouse and wasting materials.
- Analyze the variances during the production.

Oracle.
- Internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 18001:2007
-Design the aluminum alloys, trace its physical and mechanical properties
-Quality control for all processes of die casting and final products.
1) Galvanizing, Sandwich panels and Corrugated steel sheet plants:
Responsibilities:
- Supervising on the construction of the galvanizing plant.
- Treatment the steel by HDG process.
- Monitor material usage variance and minimize losses and waste.
- Following the plan of production &the manufacturing process steps.
- Supervising the production team.
- Supervising applying the document control system by the workers on time.
- Interacting with the other departments team to prioritize the orders.
- Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, safety, quality and efficiency.
- Following up the cost of production and controlling it.
- Reporting to the manager at higher level of accuracy.
2) Quality control for Sandwich panels and Corrugated steel sheet plant and portable cabin plant:
Responsibilities:
- Application of testing and inspection for raw materials such as: polyeurthane, steel sheets.
- Direct and control raw materials and packaging acceptance to reduce receipt of defective material and improve productivity of manufacturing lines.
- Perform inspection of incoming products, materials or customer items according to job order.
- Perform in-process inspection according to procedures and customer's specifications. Raise report whenever necessary
- Perform final inspection of items to ensure that all quality requirements
- Analyze result and decide the acceptance level of the final product
- Raise non-conformance report to plant managers.
- Develop opportunities with plant personnel and vendors support into viable enhancement leading to improving manufacturing rates and profits.
- Make a suppliers evaluation.

Effect of processing parameters on the quality of hot dip galvanizing of cold rolled steel: ---------------------------------------------- Metals play a very vital role in our daily life. Steel has always been the most favored and widely used material because of its excellent strength, formability, economics of production, and its ability to recycle indefinitely. The primary quality of steel, the physical and mechanical strength, is compromised when corrosion reaches a critical point. The service life of a structure depends on the rate of reaction between the steel and its environment. The rate of reactions depends on the nature and concentration of the corrosive agents present in the environment. Hence, most of the energies and research has been involved in reducing corrosion of steel. The most popular and most widely process used for corrosion protection of steel by hot dip galvanizing process. Although the science and technology of hot dip galvanizing have improved significantly over the years, it is still a challenge to produce high-quality coatings for decorative and constructional applications. Hot dip galvanizing layer completely covers the steel surface and protects it from the corrosive action of its environment corrosion by providing a thick, tough metallic zinc envelope. The galvanized coating provides outstanding abrasion resistance. There are some significant problems concerning the forming of galvanized sheet steels need to be solved. The two most significant problems are those of the coating effect in friction and coating damage during forming, depending on the flow and fracture behavior of the coating material. Characterization of the coating in terms of its microstructure would be a first step in understanding the forming characteristics of galvanized sheet steels. The formability of zinc layer is influenced by many factors such as chemical composition of the substrate, kind and quantity of alloying elements in zinc bath. Therefore, the objective of this thesis was to study the effect of operating conditions on the hot dip galvanizing process. Moreover, the influence of different kinds and quantities of alloying elements in zinc bath and silicon contents of steel composition has been studied. The mechanical and chemical properties of the galvanized layer have been investigated.
