Control System & Instrument Specialist
I am supporting and maintaining Automation System which includes Distributed Control System DCS (Foxboro & Honeywell), PLC based Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Turbo Machinery Controls (TMC) PLC, Burner Management System (BMS) application PLC, High Integrity Pressure Protective (HIPPS), Triconex, Trident, Allen Bradley, Modicon, ICS Trusted PLCs, Oil Port Metering Systems, Tank Gauging System. This includes the installation, commissioning, repair/calibration, overhaul, troubleshoot and fault diagnosis of the system and associated peripheral equipment as required maintaining the plant in a safe, reliable and efficient operational mode.
System Maintenance - Complete periodic and break-fix maintenance activities related to the site DCS. This could include maintaining backups of the system, installing system updates/patches, monitoring control system performance, responding to system alarms, and troubleshooting failed components. Maintain DCS interfaces with third-party products (PLCs, HMIs, OPC Clients, and Historians).
