Key Result Area
Direct and manage the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development project: “Personal Care and General Hygiene and
Maintenance of the Rehabilitation & Social Care Centres” for 4 groups covering 15 cities and 28 branches around KSA. Total staff
around 5300 employees.
Key Result Area
Assist the Top-Management in the new organizational chart. Preparing a customized Quality Assurance Manual. Pin-pointing
problems, propose improvements and suggesting solutions and mitigation plans. The aim is to arrive to build solid a Facility
Management division.
Manging the company (+800 employees) over its entire spectrum of activities; as
Assist the General Manager in running the company in all its aspects. Direct, guide, supervise the Operation. Review, follow up
ongoing projects, forecasts and monitor the P&L. Report directly to the
Assist in establishing the FM trend of the Company. Designing the organizational chart, job descriptions, operational and technical
set up related to the newly established company. Assist the GM in running the company and securing more business and market
share, in a step further to launch the company to a higher level of competition in the FM market
Instrumental in securing contracts with subcontractors, materials / equipment suppliers, labour and service providers, to serve
the various projects, in relation with Turnkey Works, including MEP, Civil and Finishing Trades.
Led Procurement Operations for the following Projects:
KAP1 : Development of the Ministry of Interior Security Facilities - Phase 1,
Kingdom-Wide
7.5 Billion SR / 1.9 Billion USD
Jabal Omar Development Project, Makkah Al-Mukarramah 12 Billion SR / 3.2 Billion USD
Took a major role in the Procurement process for the KAUST Project (King Abdullah University for Sciences and
Technology) - Thuwal
Participated in the Procurement of MEP trades at many other various projects.
Sourced, Reviewed, Compared, Analyzed offers received from various bidders: suppliers & subcontractors, and negotiated
offers’ payment terms/ delivery options and issued work orders / change orders accordingly.
Led and coordinated Procurement teams of various capacities, specialities and different seniority levels to guarantee the
success of the procurement plan and achieve the goals of the Project in hand.
Conducted meetings with all stakeholders: Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Contracts, Finance and
Purchasing teams .
the KAP 2-A project (King Abdullah project for the Development of Security Facilities of the
Ministry of Interior - Phase 2A)
Prepared studies regarding Facility Maintenance /Management schemes set-ups
Reviewed and assessed tender documents for potential O&M opportunities
Conducted several recruiting missions to India, Srilanka and Philippines.
Participated in setting the requirements and hence establishing selection criteria for ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) /
AMP (Asset Management Planning) software
Highlights
Prepared technical and feasibility studies regarding new maintenance prospects for the Company in the field of Home
Maintenance & Security.
Represented the Maintenance Division while studying and preparing the bid for the "Riyadh City Water Operation and
Maintenance Contract".
Conducted Mission to the “Beirut International Airport, Beirut -Lebanon”, newly being constructed and:
o Conducted assessment of the readiness for the airport planned to be inaugurated in Mar’98 and raised reports to the
authorities. The report had a direct impact on the inauguration that was delayed until
Occupied several positions as Unit Tech.
Ensured that the Quality of Electrical systems (Low Volt, Medium Volt and Low Current Systems) is being maintained within
the acceptable standards.
Highlights
Supervised the Electrical subcontractors for proper implementation of the drawings and specifications, and applying the
professional approved standards such as French Standard NFC 15-100 and others.
