The project is an expansion of the hospital, which includes a main
building and contains all departments in the hospital, such as clinics,
surgery department, neonatal department, etc.
The building consists of 7 floors with a total area of 9000 square
meters.
Summarized Duties:
Supervising, management and monitoring of the Structural
works.
Read & understand Drawings, Technical specifications.
Finding solutions to the problems that lie between the various
activities of the project.
Coordinating works between construction, electromechanical
and finishing works.
Monitoring the quality of the work before submitting to the

Project: Protection works for bridges along Dead Sea Road The project consists of construction of detour roads, spillway and stilling basins at multiple bridge outlets, construction of a new bridge, construction of box Culverts, rehabilitation works for bridges and protection works for Wadis at the inlet and outlet of bridges (Riprap and Gabion boxes), in addition the project consist slope stability works and pilling foundations with 28 m depth & 80 Cm diameter to construction a new bridge. *Exercising full control over the workforce at site. Provision of labor requirement for the next fortnight activities at least one week earlier.
*Materials arrangement and forwarding the request to the Projects Manager/Construction earlier as per the B.O.Q. provided by the Quantity Surveyor ensuring to highlight any discrepancies and missing items.
*Review the contract and specifications of the project and understand the contractor’s liabilities and risks
*Read & understand Construction Drawings, Technical specifications, Inspection & Test Plans, Planning Schedules, etc.
Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with contract drawings and specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
*Ensuring that all information on drawings is conveyed to the workforce in a proper manner and details produced where required.
*Control the skilled/unskilled workforce at site to achieve the required progress.
*Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
*Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel, subcontractors, Consultant and clients.
*Reporting and Planning site progress on weekly/daily basis.
*Monitors the progress of activities of assigned daily laborers and or contractors and ensures they are implemented conform planning and quality standards.
* Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests, analyzing and
* synthesizing data; maintaining control charts.
