Key Duties:
Manage Local Whole sale and export sale.
• Product selection and monitor item movement
• Cost management respect to customers.
• Making new customers to increase sale target.
• Shipment management, price negotiations, loading till container clearance.
• New showrooms arrangement, display setting, item selection, pricing etc.
• All kind of correspondence and negotiation with Venders.
Key Results:
Generate Business 5M to 7 M to start distribution in all seven states of UAE. From first year exceeded sales and profit goals by up to 8% to 20%, respectively.
Starts new retail store in 2008 an area 10, 000sqft at furniture complex Sharjah. I did
entire product selection, product placement, hiring staff, pricing to get the result of
16M in very first year.
Built Website, yearly product catalog, occasionally advertisement and franchise
business with international & local banks in the manner of marketing to introduce our
products.
Computerized all departments with the ERP system which covers sale & delivery
counters, Accounts & Finance, warehouse management system to prevent back loops.
Year 2010, installed 20 cameras at showroom and warehouse interlink to monitor
entire business movement. Moreover installed GPRS on each delivery Van as well as
outdoor sales person car to examine their efforts. Due to this we save our time,
overheads and sales performance.
Construct a relation with regular export customers which covers area Middle East,
Africa & Russia part.
