Responsible for handling projects, * Act as technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives; * checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; * ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications; * overseeing the selection and requisition of materials; * managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect; * liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project; * liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws; * liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress; * day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors; * planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines; * overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; preparing reports as required; * resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise. Strong domain knowledge CCTV, IT and Hardware Work Experience * handling installation, configuration & testing and commissioning for project hand-over Project: DEWA(Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) CCTV Phase II Project Supervise Installation of IP Camera in each substation also includes cable pulling. Liasing with DEWA supervisor for concerns for the supply and installation of IP Cameras. Accomplishments: Installed, Tested each 10 substations per Engineer Project: JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Tower B - Business Bay Team Lead for installation progress of CCTV System. Responsible for attending Weekly coordination meeting with Client, Consultant and Contractors. Submit documents as required, prepare letters and make mock-ups for approval before installation. Coordinate with Contractors for all issues regarding provisions for installations. Manages CAD technicians and engineers to produce necessary design. Accomplishments: Installation of IP cameras Installed, Tested and Commissioned 662 Samsung IP Cameras 13 NVR. Configured CCTV Monitoring Software for viewing all cameras, playback and recording. Passed the DPS Approval Project: Emirates Park Tower Hotel - Business Bay Co-Team In-charge for installation progress of CCTV System. Responsible for attending Weekly coordination meeting with Client, Consultant and Contractors. Submit documents as required, prepare letters and make mock-ups for approval before installation. Coordinate with Contractors for all issues regarding provisions for installations. Manages CAD technicians and engineers to produce necessary design.
