1. Full awareness with phone systems operation and how to install & reconfigure the phone sets, wireless device, faxes and so on.
2. Full awareness with Access control System and how it is operating and how to install & reconfigure it.
3. Full awareness with CCTV system and how it is operating and how to install & reconfigure it.
4. Full awareness with Time Attendance System ( FingerLan, Identix, BioLogon) and how it is operating and how to install them.
5. Know the difference between the PBX’s features and roles, and how to install and configure a PBX’s system. Monitors PBX systems and coordinates with the technicians
6. Aware of the telecommunication topology of the company, and know the nature of each user and their needs.
7. Follow the technical rules and procedures, assist in maintaining, upgrading and shifting of telecommunication devices, phones, and other devices
8. Involved directly in troubleshooting and fixing phone systems, hardware, networks related issues and problems.
9. Participate in the company projects and plans.
10. Ability to take the best decision when it comes to replace or recommend a failed hardware or phones.
11. Assists in identification and resolution of PBX hardware, phone sets problems.
12. Assists in the assessment and preparation of facilities for installation of telecommunication devices, including the cabling, cameras, routers, switches
13. Assists in preparing for telecommunication devices to be installed at users site and the installation of the required hardware
14. Monitors, evaluates and troubleshoot PBX systems & phone systems and coordinates technicians and follow up with training new technologies with engineers.
15. Assists with designs and implements or the installation of phone systems.
16. Team leader capability and good communicator, and guide the technician in how to troubleshoot and resolve the problems.
17. Reports any telecommunication challenges and problems to the direct responsible.

1. Implementing the Nokia TETRA System (NTS) for Ministry of Interior (MOI) for Wireless Communications System.
2. Implementing The Automatic Vehicle Locations System (AVLS) for Ministry of Interior (MOI) for Global Positioning System (GPS).
3. Testing & Commissioning of TETRA Base Station (TBS).
4. Upgrading & updating of TETRA Base Station (TBS).
5. Involved in Installation of Antennas (Panel antenna & Omni Directional antenna).
6. Installation of Nokia TETRA Base Station (TBS), Nokia Dispatcher Workstation (DWS), Nokia Rectifier, and Batteries.
7. Programming and Flashing of TETRA Handheld Radio (THR) for not less than 3000 radios by Phoenix and ITSI software.
8. Supervision of Fixing & Installing of TETRA Mobile Radio (TMR) and its antenna for not less than 3000 vehicles.
9. Supervision of Fixing & Installing of Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVLS) devices inside the vehicles.
10. Supervision of shelters mobilization, foundations, control panel work (hardware & software) and outside cable ladder.
