• IBS, Small Cell, Wi-Fi and Solutions Delivery Project Manager:
➢ Works closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure deliverables can be met from deadline perspective.
➢ Review and approve projects PIP making sure it is fulfilling Zain standards and plans.
➢ Arrange with vendor to perform site survey.
➢ Follow up with other Zain different departments (Business & Technical) to close the issues related to the assigned projects.
➢ Investigates aspects relating to the projects, arrange with planning to determine the solutions needed and the best manner in which to carry them out.
➢ Get the acceptance from all the parties and ensure the proper handover to operation team.
➢ SPOC for all assigned projects delivery activities.
➢ Ensure the update of department databases (Projects & vendors/contractors) for tracking and referencing.
➢ Review project abidance to Zain standards, policies and guidelines and escalate cases of incompliance.
➢ Monitoring vendors / contractors, overall performance to assure meeting Zain target and avoiding over-runs that could occur due to bad execution of their plans.
➢ Arrange and lead all projects related meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
➢ Escalations and raise flags to identify possible risks.
➢ Prepare weekly report, Risk, managing projects delivery report status.
➢ Track projects continuous alignment with scope and cost and raise issues as needed.
➢ Escalate changes related to project time schedule, budget or resources to concerned stakeholders.
➢ Draft and maintain project management documents such as project charter, project governance and project implementation plan.
➢ Implement and suggest improvement to related section policies, process and standard operating procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled
➢ Review key performance indicators results, suggest improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.
• Sharing with STC and MOBILY:
➢ Make sure that sharing agreement is fulfilled on each site handover.
➢ Coordinate with other operators technical dep. to fulfil Zain requirements.
➢ Follow up with Zain operation to close the technical issues that escalated by STC or MOBILY.
➢ Represent Zain in sharing meetings with STC and MOBILY.
• Design Verification (IBS, Wi-Fi & Small Cell):
➢ Initial Survey Report verification & approval
➢ Initial Site Acceptance Form Design verification & approval including:
➢ Checking the iBwave project properties/configurations.
➢ Ensuring the design is meeting the Zain KPIs and requirements.
➢ Checking of proper RF materials used in the design.
• Performance Report Generation and RF Acceptance:
➢ Review the RF reports for the newly integrated sites ensuring that all required tests are done on the site.
➢ Final SAF verification & Approval.
• Customer Complaints:
➢ Validate the site existing coverage and recommend visible solution,
• Business Growth:
➢ Develop RFP/ HLD/ BOQ and contracts validation for new solutions to grow the business.
