• Handling International destinations & tours, accommodation, land transport queries.

• Creating reservations on GDS, handling issuance and reissuance, cancellations and refunds.
• Handling international airfare queries from sales & counter staff and agents.
• Working on different routings and airlines as per the requirements.
• Collection, follow up for payment and invoicing.
• Maintaining reports of all tickets issued & checking queues on regular basis and informing clients in case of any changes.
• Maintain professional image by responding on all inquiries in stipulated time.
• To provide correct information and advice about the airline routines to agents.
