1.Overall more than five years of experience in the field of refinery, petrochemical and gas industry as site engineer experience in a wide spectrum .Worked as site engineer of piping(fabrication & erection) co ordination with client(iocl) involved in final p & id, check site mobilization & co ordination for civil work( pilling, infrastructure & equipment foundation) piping fabrication (approx 180000 id) & erection of the same (approx 195000 im), final approval of the piping system from iocl.
2.Monitor the fabrication and inspection of spool after fit-up is completed
3.Inspect the all material fittings isometric drawing welder qualification
4.To check out quality of SMAW SAW GMAW & GTAW according to ASME section 9 boiler & pressure vessel code
5.Witness of NDT inspection like RT, UT, MPT, DPT, & VISUAL INSPECTION
6.Witness of activities like pre heating post heating as per requirement from client
7.Arranging the activities like welder's qualification test hydro test pneumatic test etc
8.Attend technical meeting with consultant
9.Supervised teams of pipe fitters, welding, and subcontractor on the construction of piping and pipeline
10.Review design and shop drawing all fabrication procedurer welder procedure qualification (wps) material receiving report(MRR)
11.Supervise PQR review NDT report review all welder certificate.
12.Supervise on site every fabrication activities
13.Involve in HSE activities notify and advice client
14.Site erection /installation of carbon steel stainless steel alloy and p91 and witnessing of field testing of mechanical packages as per ASME B31.3 ASME 9 and project specification for spdc
15.Surveillance of sub contractor activities
16.Verify sub contactor daily reports
(1) Supervised teams of pipe fitters, welding, and subcontractor on the construction of piping and pipeline.
( 2) Review design and shop drawing all fabrication procedures, welder procedure qualification (WPS) material receiving report (MRR).
( 3) Site Erection / Installation of carbon steel and stainless piping and witnessing of field testing of mechanical packages as per ASME B31.3, ASME SECTION IX.
( 4) Witnessing PQR, WQT, visual inspection, verifies collaboration / Linearity of fit-up production weld / repairs.
(5) Verification of the applicable document.
(6) Dimensional checks of fabricated assemblies.
(7) Monitor NDT subcontractor for all NDT activities.
(8) Weld inspection as per code and standard.
(9) To check out the quality of SMAW, SAW, GMAW & GTAW according to ASME section IX, Boiler & Pressure vessel code.
(10) Witness of activities like pre-heating, post-heating as per the requirement from client.
(1) Responsible for all front end inspection activities at project site including the sub contractor works as per the project specification and quality plans.
(2) Co-ordinate with project QC engineer for all QA/QC documentation works.
(3) Regular surveillance and monitoring of all site activities.
(4) Follow all safety practice and HSE instruction at site
( 5) Dimensional checks of fabricated assemblies, Check quality of welds.
(6) Monitor NDT subcontractor for all NDT activities.
(7) Weld inspection as per code and standard.
