Responsible for all Manufacturing, Purchasing, and distribution operation as well as Manufacturing support functions : Engineering, Planning and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities as Production Manager (Insert Date):
• Directing, monitoring and coordinating all production processes to guarantee standard running conditions and process in accordance with daily/monthly production schedules.
• Monitoring inventory of raw materials and spare parts, auditing usage and accordingly established critical re-order points to ensure continual production with minimal idle stock.
• Devising section budgets, and ensured adherence to the same.

• Designing and documenting standard operating procedures for various administrative, procedural and technical tasks specific to sub-divisions under purview.
• Evaluating supplier bids, negotiating payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Supervising the troubleshooting of critical faults in real time environment, and minimizing unscheduled stoppages in production.
