•Responsible for the development and fulfillment of the Conde Nest Travellers Reader's Choice Awards 2015.

•Creating awareness of the Award show among the Marketing or PR directors/managers of 5 star Hotels.

•Emailing Marketing Kit( Logos, Pictures etc) and Invitations to participating Nominees and Companies.

•Responding to queries and questions from participants.

•Other duties as directed and required by the Regional Manager.

•Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the Company

•Carry out market research of companies that are hiring and client surveys.

•Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (calls, emails, faxes, etc) to prospective client

•Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and effective manner.

•Maintain and develop a computerized client and prospect database

•Respond to and follow up Client enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits.

•Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the Management to develop a tailored marketing proposal

•Work closely with BDM to identify common new business prospects and cross-sell integrated search.

•Responsible for periodic marketing update with the Management

•Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.

•Liaise and attend meetings with Client’s functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

•Assisting team leaders with client engagement activities.

•Achieving or Exceeding monthly targets on setting up Styracorp with new clients.

•Meeting client’s requirements within the allocated budget and Deadline.

•Assisting the Company’s social media advertising, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met and that branding is consistent.
