Responsibilities :
●Increasing the output per man to produce both Boxer and Pulsar models by 12%.
●Merging both models on the motorized line and removing the manual conveyor line without affecting the production rates through line balancing techniques.
●Space utilization on the line have improved by 15%.
●The Motorized Line capacity has been increased from 270 to 320 vehicles per shift.
●Increasing the manpower utilization from 52% to 83%.
●Helping with the implementation of TPM methodologies on the factory premises to improve productivity, reduce costs and improve the workplace environment.
●Generating 10 kaizens per month and revising another 10 submitted by other departments.
●Delivering PQCDSM reports for the Boxer 150, Pulsar 180 and RE-4S models monthly highlighting the performance of the Lines and representing some KPI's to show the current benchmarks and any drops that requires some action plans to stick to our standard in Customer satisfaction, Quality, and fast delivery.
●The design and fabrication of tools and equipment required to improve the production and or storage situation through the manufacturing workshop.
