Achievements and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manages project development from starting to end.
• To Execute the Delegates tasks and responsibilities on time
• Supervised and monitored elevators and escalator installation.
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, documentations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, electrical suppliers and with other departments.
• Comprehensive study of the project contract documents, Tender Drawings and Specification, B.O.Q and execute the work in field according to Design/Standards.
• Supervise and monitor daily site work/tasks of all operations, including progress, planning, labor relations and team up with other professionals.
• Supervision for all electrical works in cable trenching/cable trays, cable laying, cable joints and terminations, transformers and Generators installation and energization, ATS Panels, MCO, MPB’s and SMPB’s, DB's installation and energization, Flood/Tunnel Light installation/execution.
• Street/Road Lighting Poles with RCC foundations installation, erection and execution.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manages project development from starting to end.
• To Execute the Delegates tasks and responsibilities on time
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, documentations, and presentations.
• Work with other highly motivated employees to ensure customer success.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, electrical suppliers and with other departments.
• Comprehensive study of the project contract documents, Tender Drawings and Specification, B.O.Q.
• Receive Tender documents (Drawings + Specification + Bill of Quantities) pertaining to Electrical works and execute the work in field according to Design/Standards.
• Supervise and monitored the sub-contractor works and progress including electrification of power house equipment’s power transformer, AIS switching yard, SPB, MV and LV panels, Power and control cable laying and termination, Lighting and also all work related to power house.
• Supervise the installation of SCADA, Control penal and Governor System.
• Having good knowledge of Firefighting and HVAC works in powerhouse.
• Schedule and Attends the meeting with consultant and client.
