My duty is to manage the operations of
a precast factory in Riyadh. Currently having a Housing project of around ( 1700 ) villas with Complete precast concrete system for the Coming two years.
MY duty is to manage around (800) employees which include sales, estimation, engineering, purchasing and all related operations starting from production till handling over the project after installation to the client.
some of major projects executed are:
- Makkah first ring road consisting of around (500) pre-stressed long span girders valued 150 million saudi riyals (client Saudi Bin Ladin group)
-Jabal Omar development project in Makkah city and our scope was to produce and install around 14000 elements of precast concrete cladding for two podiums and six towers value 65 million saudi riyals and the client was Nesma and partners.
- Automated people mover elevated bridge in Princess Noura university in Riyadh which consisted of 700 long span prestressed girders and 600 post -tensioned segments.
The duties included are assisting the General Manager to manage around 500 employees for Sales, Estimation, Quotation, Engineering, Purchasing and all related operations from production till installation including q ality control and handover the precast concrete project to Client.
Some of the Major Projects Executed are:
•Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project, Makkah - Consisting of more than 30, 000 precat concrete cladding elements, 10, 000 precast finished pods and more than One Million light weight concrete internal walls, Value SAR 250 Million - Saudi Binladin Group.
•Al Serafi Mall, Jeddah - Consists of Hollow Core Pre-Stressed Slabs, Double Teee Pre-Stressed Slabs and Cladding, Valued SAR 30 Million.

The Factory produces all kinds of Structural and Architectural Pre-cast including Pre-stressed elements such as wall panels, cladding panels, columns, beams staircase, pre-stressed hollows core slabs, pre-stressed double tee and pre stressed long span beams . In-charge of five production lines, the mould shop and reinforcement steel shop with a daily casting of 200 M3.
The Production department had around 350 employees including production engineers, masons, steel fixers, carpenters, welders and mould fabricators.
Nabil Noori Al Khouderi Est in Al Kharj Area (Precast Concrete Division
Worked as area engineer for sewage disposal system project in ALkharj city, .
scope of work was excavation .pipe laying, backfilling and reasphalting of 50 KM of main lines and 2000 house connections.
Worked as site engineer at King Khalid celebration center in Buraidah city supervising around 100 workers (carpenters, steel fixers, masons) to excute part of this project whith cost of cost 60 million saudi riyals.
Steel Shop Engineer checking all the steel shop drawings against the general drawings including preparation of bar bending schedule for all the job items. The steel shop had around 70 steel fixrs for cut, bend and fixing the·rebar at site. The job was construction of a Sports stadium and horse arena in King Abdul Aziz Military Academy in Riyadh which cost SAR 120 Million. The Job had 24, 000M3 of concrete and all the rebars works for the site had been under my supervision. I was prompted as
