6- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
7- Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
1- Assembling electromechanical control panel boxes which depend on Schematics.
2- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports.
3- Review work activities with supervisors.
4- Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.
5- Test product to ensure conformance to specifications.
6- Documenting and redline prints, diagram for the new prototypes.
7- Quality Assurance of panels.
1- Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime.
2- Conducting and overseeing maintenance process audits.
3- Diagnosing faults.
4- Undertaking planned maintenance.
5- Establishing different maintenance procedures and protocols.
6- Training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures.
7- Responding to major equipment breakdowns
8- Forecasting and strategic planning for system overhauls and upgrades, while considering long-term maintenance costs.
9- Procuring, testing, and commissioning specialist components, fixtures, or fittings.
10- Working with the maintenance director and other executives to manage budgets.
11- Setting and tracking maintenance KPIs
12- Playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance,
predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance program.
