- Responsible for taking care of Middle East Territory UAE / QATAR and Pakistan Customers for Marine, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Cement, Power Generation, Electricity, Pharmaceutical Companies etc.
- Total Procurement for the customers on orders.
- Daily communication with Pakistan offices (Rawalpindi / Karachi) on projects.
- Customer follow ups on quotes & clarifications on queries.
- Coordination with Sales Support Staff, Sales Engineers, Accounts & Logistics.
- Acting manager for department in absence of Sales Manager.
- Authorize to approve Customer Quotations upto AED 50, 000.00, Supplier Purchase Orders & Invoices.
- Trained & Specialized for agency product Swagelok USA (high pressure fittings) & Sandvik Sweden Tubings.
- R&D on daily inquiries, tenders, projects. Hitting the right supplier / maker for the requirement of the customers & negotiating best price to win orders for the company.
- Check on operational activities on day to day basis.
- Daily inquiries print & R&D.
- Communication with supplier & customers, through email, fax & phone.
- Negotiating with supplier to win orders.
- Follow ups with customer on quotes submitted.
- Follow ups with supplier to receive quotes on time.
- Assisting sales support team.
- Inspection at warehouse & Jabel Ali upon receipt of materials. Checking each and every specifications, part numbers, test certificates, MSDS, Mtc’s etc & approving for dispatch to customers.
- Discrepancies handling.
- Follow ups on L/C establishment, thoroughly checking L/C clauses & amendments demand if required from the customer / supplier.
- Training of Pakistan office on using ERP, Epicor 9 & business process & business development.
- Preparation of Customer Quotations when required.
