Processing Staff and Labor Salaries
•Receive and check attendance and sick / absence sheets and resignation / termination letters to ensure relevant approval process has been followed
•Process promotions, pay rises, and other changes to pay and conditions.
•Process deductions for Telephone bills, Residency Stamping etc or excess payments and processes recoveries accordingly
•Prepare Final settlement for Resigned / Terminated / Deceased Employees as per the Kuwait Labor Law
•Prepare Workmen Compensation (Insurance) Claims
•Prepare Annual Ticket Allowance Claims
•Prepare and Process Leave Salary for employees
•Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
•Maintaining employee records
