Ensure stock availability to better fulfil customer needs. Handling item creation process / Create BPA, Collect and analyze demand (Forecast & Back-to-Back), Monitor and follow up Near Expiries, Expiries, non-sellable inventory (Destruction), SLOBs and follow up to liquidate it, Review, Release, and Adjust POs, Reconcile outstanding orders, Handling Tender and Private Reconciliations, Maintain updated Item Master including Regulatory Affairs parameters, Follow up the shipments across the value chain until its ready for sales including Product Recalls / Re- Export and following up shipments discrepancies, Sending claims to suppliers and Credit Notes to Finance, Report On time in full / Order Fulfilment rate / Forecast Accuracy, Handling Horizontal Plan and Total HP for all suppliers, Executing the weekly DRP/Re-balancing plans and ensure proper inventory levels in each branch, Handling DMR and ASCP projects, Preparing and leading the monthly DMR with all suppliers, Undertake other duties and assignments.
- Selling furniture as well as accessories.
