• Reporting to the Senior HR Manager.
• Handle the recruitment process for a specific Business Units like “Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Manufacturing, Supportive Functions” for all it’s LOBs in GB Auto.
• Communicate with AVPs, VPs and SVPs beside the departments’ heads to ensure that the recruitment process is effective.
• Source candidates via different channels “Blue / White Collars”.
• Communicate with HRBPs for each Business Unit for their business needs.
• Attend meeting with all levels to negotiate for different cases related to the recruitment process or the offers for the potential candidates to make sure that the selected ones are the perfect match for the opened vacancy and the culture of the Business Unit itself.
• Perform recruitment analysis report on a weekly basis for the closed vacancies verses the opened ones.
• Propose initiatives that should affect positively the business either it’s a tangible one or intangible
• Supervise the recruitment data for the new hired candidates per recruiter.
• Perform different ways of interviews to guarantee a selective hiring.
• Coordinate with the hiring managers for all the open talent requisitions, and support in changing the requests as per business need.
• Using Oracle System to attach the employees to the system with the talent requisition.
• Attend job fairs and other functions concerning ABC’s recruitment requirements.
• Follow up with the selected candidates till the hiring date and signing the contract.
Handle the recruitment process for the launching for the fourth mobile network operator project “Telecom Egypt WE”.
