responsible for complete lifecycle of the project of applications and website from the requirement phase to the development.
Since Jul’13 with ZI Systech Pvt Ltd, Mumbai as Production Support & Sr. TQM Analyst
Below duties encompasses of both the above mentioned roles.
• In charge of evaluating the work to be done, identify dependencies, critical path activities, & the resources needed for each project.
• Project planning, resource allocation, monitoring, and time management.
• Conducting requirement analysis, risk and issue management, quality checks, and check management.
• Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders and use their feedback to optimize progress.
• Responsible for the overall quality of delivered software.
• Delivering project review meeting, status meetings and various other meetings to make the product more effective
• Delegating specific tasks to project staff and then making sure that those duties are carried out.
• Organizing incident management meeting for reported production error and to provide estimated time for recovery.
• Investigating production error to find the root defect
• Escalating issues and areas of concern to senior managers.
• Coordinating with developers to ensure timely bug resolution.
• Ensuring Projects and Programs are executed using agreed standards & processes
• Ensuring regression testing, sanity testing and working on browsers compatibility & configuration testing
• Performing & validating positive, negative, system and integration testing; automating daily task using Selenium Webdriver
• Preparing & executing test cases manually according to the technical specification, functional design and coverage
• Tracking & reviewing all the issues periodically and generating reports to monitor the resolved & pending issues
