• Build the pricing structure for El Maria & El Rashidy as a new business units.
• Maintains Recommended Selling Price - RSP in the market.
• Restructure Pricing Section.
* Creating new FPCs on ERP System.
* Applying the monthly promotions (TPR / TD) according to Factsheets documentation.
* Reviewing monthly Master Price List in order to apply the price changes & TPR.
* Issuing monthly Customer Price List.
* Making monthly promotions & priorities report.
* Ensures that invoices are made from vendors in a manner that is consistent with the Master Price List.
* Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.
* Ensures that payments are made to vendors & suppliers in a manner that is consistent with the credit terms.
* Maintaining a list of authorized vendors & suppliers, reviewing incoming invoices, matching invoices to approved purchase orders, and scheduling payments.
* Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.
* Liquidation all expenses like fuel, spare parts, oils, fixed assets, licenses expenses, building maintenance, warehouses maintenance, P&G claims, and all expenses related with company.
* Controlling cash by daily review all pay in & out transaction.
* Preparing monthly employees’ deduction report to send it to Payroll section and tracking which amounts didn’t deduct.
* Participate in monthly inventory of Warehouses.
