• Coordinating activities of Bodyshop repair department to ensure optimal productivity and efficient operations.
• Supervising technicians to ensure their services is of top tier quality by assigning and designating job duties to staff according to their performance and history in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Providing customers with information and advice on insurance policies and potential cost savings after having consulted mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
• Monitor in-depth inspection of vehicles before and after repairs in order identify faulty components and ensure complete fixing.
• Proficiency with Automotive industry-specific software in conducting workorders, job cards, estimations and processing L.P.O.s with Insurance company.
• Constant submission of well documented reports to managers to aid in standardizing a benchmark while progressively altering the workflow in line with the objectives of the dealership.
SEPT 2014 - MAY 2015 ACHIEVED MERIT SCHOLARSHIP • Granted for students accepted in the University with a score of 95% and above. A merit standing is required to be maintained throughout the length of the program. SEPT 2017 QUALIFIED TO THE SEMI-FINALS OF THE INNOVATION IMPACT GRANT Programme | Expo 2020 Dubai, U.A.E • Qualified to the semi-finals where 12 teams were selected out of the 280 proposed projects. • Each team had a defense session with the board committee.
