• Maintaining and organising the company filing system
• Replying to the original enquiry for a Visa, fully aware of what nationalities require visa’s for the UAE.
• Ensuring only visa applications received within 06 days from arrival (as a minimum) are submitted.
• Ensuring all Visa Charges and Security Charges are processed by the hotel and added to the guests booking.
• Ensuring only visa applications are issued to guests who are holding a confirmed booking at the hotel.
• Advising the guest of acceptance/rejection of the visa and attaching Visa Documentation for them to supply at the airport.
• Filing all Visa Application in Reservations days’ work by arrival date Responsible for managing the online hotel visa system.
• Ensuring all data is accurately inputted to what has been supplied by the guest/documents.
• Informing the hotel of the necessary charges to be processed on a daily basis.
• Responsible and ensuring all Visa applications are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
• Answering all calls efficiently and professionally, and actioning all requests by close of business on that day
• Responsible for the accurate tracking, details and guest information when a Visa application is requested.

• Printing any supplementary notes as required
• Running professional errands
