Managed installation, maintenance and distribution of ophthalmic equipment (auto Refractometer, slit lamps, and ophthalmic units) across Egypt and team consist of two Technicians.

Prepared and implemented condition based maintenance to increase equipment effectivenessin addition to applying Preventive maintenance (PM), and repaired major electrical problems and diagnoses mechanical and hydraulic systems.
•Scheduled work for team of technicians at shifts to observe temperature, pressure and ampere readings. Monitored Fractional Distillation and turbo expanders and adjusts controls or overrides automatic controls to obtain specified operation of equipment

•Check the wire conection controls panels, motors and oil level to avoid breakouts saving Maintenance Costs.

•Monitored team of 8 technicians to repair main electric control panel by changing faulted circuit breakers
•Organized with a team of 8 technicians and craft people to repair air compressor by replacing broken pistons and valves.

•Evaluated the need for new turbo Expander (Capital Expense). Review technical practices for assuring maintainability of Turbo Expander and parts and submits evaluation for management decision.uses “Chem Sep” software
•Make study for the Economy of balancing load across three phases of the Factory so asto reduce the Power consumed
