• Assign Engineering resources to proposals, project and operations support when required.
• Monitor and assess Engineering performance, quality, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Define document control processes, monitor, and guarantee their implementation.
• Coach and develop engineers and CAD operators.
• Provide technical advice and support to the engineering team, and other function as required.
• Monitor resource loading and develop action plans for staffing as required.
• Review and update practices, procedures and forms required for Engineering execution.
• Attending technical and progress meeting with the client.
• Review Issued For Construction (IFC) documents/drawing received from the client against tender documents, identify the changes.
• Preparing project packages and assign to the team.
• Preparing Request For Quotation (RFQ) documents, share to subcontractors/suppliers.
• Review subcontractor/supplier quotations technically and providing feedback.
• Review subcontractor/supplier Pre-qualification document, submit to the client to get approval.
• Prepare the Master Deliverable Register to the client.
• Following up day to day with subcontractor/supplier’s deliverables (Pre-qualification, material submittals, structural calculations, method statements, shop drawings, etc.) as per project baseline, and getting client’s approval.
• Coordinate with other disciplines in order to develop well-coordinated shop drawings.
• Following with construction team to ensure all the drawings are implemented properly.
• Advise construction team with immediate technical proposals in case of deviation from the drawings
• Prepare a list of all structural deliverables, and plan of submission as per project baseline.
• Review structural calculation provided by the subcontractors prior to submit to the client and getting client’s approval.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to develop well-coordinated structural shop drawings.
• Suggest technical proposals for construction problems when occurred.
• Ensure that the drawing utilized on site is the latest revision, and it is the only revision on site.
• Ensure that all ongoing activities on site are implemented as per latest and approved method statement and drawings.
• Ensure that material utilized on site as per approved material submittals.
• Conduct final inspection on site prior to raise the Request For Inspection to Supervision consultant.
• Monitor and control processes to identify and address deviations or defects in products or work activity, im-plementing corrective and preventive action to mitigate quality issues and improve overall performance.
• Collect the requirements from the top management in terms of number of employees, positions, and the re-quirement for each position.
• Prepare initial budget for construction of new branch and get management’s approval.
• Assigning the consultant office.
• Review tender document to be ready for tendering.
• Monitoring the work progress, time, and cost until handing over to central bank, and to be ready for operation.
• Plan and deliver all civil works at site as per project schedule time schedule.
• Ensure that all drawings and method statement are approved and ready to use on site.
• Assign required resources (manpower, equipment, materials, etc.) to complete the work within proper time, quality, and budget.
