-Evaluate financial performance of Alghanim Group companies by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

-Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

-To calculate EBITDA and other performance ratios as per the Management report and calculate financial ratios to make ensure to meet the bank condition on the financial covenants.

- Cash Management by central treasury level and other operating company’s level.

- Performed analysis of all daily and non-daily financial treasury operations activities.

- Day to day management of group funding requirements, includes cash flow management.

- Handles Bank facilities documents and ensuring to obtain company authorized signatures from (POA Holders/ Managers/Chairman).

-To prepare a report of bank facilities including all types. (OD, MT and ST)

BANKING OPERATIONS.

- Administration of bank account management for 350 plus accounts in Kuwait and other nations (UAE and KSA).
- To prepare documentation for account opening and closing the bank account as per business unit requirement.
- Preparing mandate and signature cards for account opening and amendment of bank signatories as per company policies.
- Handle a bank’s financial inquiries and Companies legal documents.
- To fill the company KYC forms (account updating with legal documents), FATCA & CRS forms and other statutory requirement requested by banks.

working with Treasury Department of Alghanim Industries. Handling banking operations, liquidity, payments, internal controls, Trade finance, budgeting and dealing in foreign currency.
