• Assist the perpetual Stock Checker in carrying out location of parts.
• Process Material Requisition (MR), Goods Receipt Note (GR), Stock Issue Note (SIN) to maintain and update inventory control through ERB System - ORBIT (ORACLE-Based Information Technology System)
• Compose correspondence in procurement related form of communications with the requesters, suppliers and within the company. (Initial Material Requisition, Purchase Order, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Internal Memo, etc.., )
• Follow-up of pending Purchase Order for receiving the material and close the PO.
• Generate barcodes Nos. and labels for Assets (Vehicles, Machineries, Electrical / Electronic Equipments & Tools) and Hand Over to concern requester with Asset Handover Form.
• Observe the stock structure and availability level frequently.
• Forwards technical and parts bulletins to parts advisors to keep their information updated.
• Prepares monthly reports and Maintain & Update filing system.
• Building effective plans to provide training to employee for working efficiently.
• Ensuring about the health of employee and security and safety of stock in warehouse.
• Making a progress graph of warehouse dealing and keep track development rate of warehouse easily.
• Maintaining a daily report of employee attendance and daily consumption of goods.
• Developing some cost reducing strategies over all activities of warehouse.
• To work during holidays and weekends too, if the job demands it. Maintaining a good relation with the employees of the department.

• Handled various reports such as Monthly Raw Material Reconciliation Report, Weekly &Daily Raw Material Stock Report.
• Prepared Daily, Monthly, Yearly production Cost Report, Annual Stock Report etc
• Checked inventory and the condition of stored items at regular intervals.
• Receiving quotations from Supplier.
• Coordinate with staff and supervisors for their MR.
• Updating the items sheet.
• Keeping warehouse stock up to date.
• Co-ordinate with Concerned Department for technical verification of items and associated documentation.
• Settling the payment terms with supplier.
• Report to Procurement Manager.
