• Learning & using various tools on a daily basis to solve cases.

• Handling VIP orders and coordinating with the pickup and warehouse team to deliver the item on priority.
• Checking on DED and escalated cases and handling them on priority.
• Helping the department with implementing ‘Interactive voice response’.
• Flagging sellers regarding discrepancies and price mismatches on items.
• Following up with sellers regarding their disputes.
• Informing sellers about the change in drop-off locations and the new charges for
pickup and Drop-off of items.

• In charge of fulfilling 400-600 delayed orders per day in order to get the overall fulfillment rate above93%.
• Talking and sending emails to sellers regarding delayed orders and convincing them to fulfill the orders before the delivery date.
• Procuring 40% of the rejected items from alternate sellers.
• Worked with various tools such as AgentOne, Superseller, InboundPO, PicklistFinder & ZenDesk.

• Selecting the right Third party logistics company to fulfill the company’s needs
• Preparing the entire operations plan.
