I have experience at running plant troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of power house & Urea/NA/Ammonia/Plant field instrumentation.
•Experience in Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) Plant & NP Plant (Nitro Phosphate.)
•Experience in Troubleshooting in repairing and maintenance Nitric Acid Plant and field instrumentation.
•Understand working from heights, can lead & technically close out the near Miss investigation & ensure compliance of PPE.
•Practical Experience working with gas turbines and High pressure gas compressor control & Bentley Nevada vibration monitoring equipment.
•Conversant with Root cause Analysis(RCA)
•Experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of field instruments &Vlvs
•Familiar with PFD, P&ID, Loop drawings, logics, C&E, datasheets review, instrument index for daily job requirement
•Performs routine inspections for control systems equipments, troubleshoot control system equipments in addition; perform other instrument works as assigned.
•Execute preventive & corrective maintenance activities covering hardware, software for unified control system DCS, PLC and associated computers & equipments to operate according to specifications & to meet all functional requirements thoroughly carefully planned maintenance processes & immediate actions if irregularities & failure occurs.
•Participates in plant maintenance programmes, participates in plants turn around, participates in programmes & procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
•Repairs or replaces plant equipments or system on a scheduled or emergency basis.
•Caries out the repair, overhaul and calibration of process control equipment on site or in workshop, includes system such as fire & gas detections equipment, turbine control system, uses various types of tools & test equipments.
•Calibrates process control instrumentation such as transmitters, switches, control valves, prepares calibration sheets, log book & work order report.
•Responsible for carrying out the troubleshooting of control system, field instts.
•Responsible for monitoring the instruments & control system performance & Report abnormalities in time.
•Monitoring of field Process equipments.
•Check and correct Level, Pressure, and Temperature and Flow instruments as per requirements.
•Generation of work orders request and routine preventive maintenance.
•Participate shutdown activities and green list jobs attend and supports service provide
