* Managed complete cycle of feasibility studies from market study to ultimate enter/drop
recommendation.
* Formulated annual and long range asset management plan of the group for a total asset
base exceeding SR. 230 MN (source of financing, portfolio diversification, country
investment exposure, risk measurement, territorial diversification).
* Contributed towards formulating and supervising implementation of a series of
restructuring/re-engineering initiatives aimed at turning around businesses at financial
distress.
* Played a significant role at various stages of managing group business acquisitions,
with aggregative acquisition consideration in tune of SR. 600 MN (enterprise valuation,
negotiation of acquisition, post acquisition integration, synergy realization, monitoring
post acquisition phase, funding and payback strategy for the group, financial
restructuring, etc).
* Conceptualized, developed and implemented an integrated decision support system at
group subsidiaries and associate undertaking to facilitate better business decision
making.
* Managed banking relationships of the business and succeeded in raising more than SR.
