Accountable for ensuring smooth flow of day to day activities within the operations department under the umbrella of Production, Quality Control, Planning, Process Engineering and Maintenance.
Responsible for managing various operations in accordance with communicated organization’s goals, and facilitating a vision oriented culture within the department.
Responsible for drafting and designing the flow of main processes and sub processes that are responsible to deliver the main target of the Operations Department efficiently and effectively, and ensure continual improvement.
Attend the executive committees meetings as a representative of Operations department.
Coordinate with all concerned Departments’ managers to set out procedures for departments’ interactions in order to improve the flow of processes.
Manage the update and improvement of operations’ main and sub processes in accordance with new or changing policies, standards, regulations, or laws and ensure successful implementation.
Monitor and continually improve the overall performance of the operations department with regards to safety, quality, productivity and cost optimization with cooperation with the related parties.
Manage Production Planning and Control processes undertaken to fulfil sales orders.
Ensure the best utilization of available resources is being implemented through the Production Planning & Control activities.
Ensure that production schedules are taking into consideration time and resources constraints, to manufacture and deliver required quantities based on sales orders and within the expected time frame.
Ensure that all products are with high conformance to the standard products’ specifications.
Ensure that production activities are undertaken based on the previously developed standardized processes and procedures in order to produce high quality products.
Manage the initiatives dedicated to product or process design and redesign from the products’ physical, manufacturing process, testing and composition perspectives.
Promote and facilitate adopting processes improvement approaches such as Kaizen, TQM, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and ensure non value added activity is reduced in all manufacturing processes.
Ensure the achievement of operational excellence with addressing high productivity, high efficiency & effectiveness and optimized value added, waste and per unit cost.
Ensure that maintenance activities are executed in a way that makes the plant and its associated machinery and facilities are ready for use all the time to fulfil operational needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-pilot manufacturing, methods, and Maintenance services to ensure the operation of
Production lines and the evolution of their performance.
-Responsible for the Organization and operational control of the manufactured products,
- follow industrial performance objectives, deadlines and results, by speaking on:
• the implementation of the support ( people/machine) means in compliance with the rules
of safety, environment, quality, productivity
• the development and use of the tools of participatory management (5 S, TQEM, TPM…)
• the dynamics of continuous progress
• the deployment of the Group's policy
- contribute to the management of human resources and the quality of relations with the social

- optimize the costs of maintenance and repair within the constraints of production, hygiene
and safety,
- follow the technological evolution of the means to use the function
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Stock Accuracy at 100%
-Ensure daily feeding of raw materiel to assembly line
-Zero line stoppage for component shortage
-Quality improvements.
-Take a significantly part in the development and implementation of best management
Practice in partnership with the HR Manager.
-Responsible for supplier scheduling and inventory control.
-ensure 100% delivery to the customers on time

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for production flow, material handling.
-Achieving / exceeding critical Quality / Cost / Delivery measures i.e. lowest cost manufacturing while improving product quality and meeting targets for delivery and customer service.
-Development of coordinators, team leaders and all associates within the manufacturing and logistics operations through effective communication, regular performance feedback and implementation of training and development opportunities.
-use KPI: PDP, down time, slow moving lots, cycle time management, MTBS….
